About This Game
Territory is a multiplayer area-capture game for up to 10 players. Move across the grid to leave a trail, then return to your territory to claim the enclosed area. Step on enemy trails to eliminate their territory. The player with the most cells after 90 seconds wins.

Tips & Strategy
Start by claiming territory close to your spawn point to build a safe base. Expand outward gradually rather than making long, risky runs. Watch other players' trails — if you cut across an opponent's trail before they close it, their territory attempt fails. Stay aware of the timer: in the final 30 seconds, aggressive expansion can win you the game. Avoid overextending: long trails are vulnerable to being cut. Retreat to your claimed area when threatened.

How Scoring Works
Your score is determined by the number of cells you own at the end of the 90-second round. Claiming new territory by enclosing areas with your trail adds those cells to your total. Cells can be stolen by opponents who encircle them. The player with the most cells when the timer hits zero wins.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many players can join a Territory game?
Up to 10 players can join a single game room. The host creates the room, shares the code, and starts the game when everyone is ready.
How does territory capture work?
Move outside your territory to create a trail, then return to your territory to claim all the area enclosed by your trail. But be careful — if another player crosses your trail before you close it, you lose that run.
What happens if I disconnect during a game?
If you lose connection, your territory remains on the board but you can no longer control your character. Other players can continue to capture your cells.
